My work is grounded in curiosity about the stories you’ve learned to live by and the unseen thoughts that quietly guide your choices.

Using a narrative and psychodynamic lens, we explore the trauma, roles, identities, and beliefs that once helped you survive—often shaped through early relationships and reinforced over time. These patterns can feel automatic, even when they no longer fit who you’re becoming. I also incorporate body awareness and somatic-informed practices as I understand the body plays a role in our healing.

Because much of our wounding happens in relationship, healing does too.
